Being the driving force in the office, Linsey is a star when it comes to face to face and over the phone interactions with clients. Having worked in the industry for nearly 20 years, she knows the business inside and out. She primarily deals with sales progression and negotiation, sometimes dipping into the rentals when needed. When not at the office, Linsey is usually found listen to a Ted Talk or spending time with her sons or her other half Chris.

Over 38 years in the business starting his career at Walker Singleton moving on to Phillip Schofield where he held the position of Head of Commercial & Insolvency Departments keeping the same position within Yorkshire Building Society Estate Agents Ltd, and more recently managing director of Benjamin Bentley & Partners (Commercial) Ltd. He handles all the valuations, all commercial business and oversees the rest of the business. When he's got chance, Chris is an avid Huddersfield Town supporter and loves to spend time with his 2 sons and partner, Linsey.

We are pleased to offer in-house mortgage advice via My Mortgage Hub Ltd - Heather Stirling who has worked within the estate agency industry for 20 years and qualified as a mortgage broker in 2007. She is able to offer an unrestricted advice on first charge mortgages. Heather provides office based or home appointments with availability on evenings and weekends. When not trying to get her clients the best deals, Heather can be found spending time with her family or ferrying around her daughter to dance competitions!

Vastly experienced book-keeper and tenant liaison, Tina is a valued member of the team since 2013. She is skilled in any manners of book keeping, rent payments and linking lettings administration with accounts. She can often be found running up and down the stairs and making cups of tea for the office! In her spare time, she likes to have a pint of cider with her husband Pete, and spend time with her daughter and doggy.

Benefiting from previous experience within professional office environments. Holly is currently working towards her Level 2 in Junior Estate Agency. She has a natural flare in developing strong relationships with vendor, purchaser and solicitor during the sale process and is a whiz with all things administrative. When out of the office, Holly enjoys going to the pub, going out for meals with her friends and spending time with her family and dog, Billy.

Coming to us with a good amount of administrative and customer service experience, Sam joined the team in 2021 dealing with all things Lettings. Whiz with an Excel spreadsheet, and organised to a T, Sam is always on hand to help with any Lettings enquiries and day to day management. When not in the office, she is a keen horse rider and loves to listen to music and spend time with her family.
